Welcome to Seide ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms apply to your use of wearseide.com (the “Site”) and any orders placed through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt the Site, introduce harmful code, scrape content, or access accounts or data without authorization. We may restrict access if we believe these Terms are violated.
All content on the Site, including product images, text, videos, logos, designs, and layout, is owned by or licensed to Seide. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
We aim to display accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However:
Prices, descriptions, and availability may change at any time.
We may correct errors, including pricing errors, and cancel affected orders if required.
Colors may vary due to lighting, screen settings, and the nature of silk and dyeing.
Minor variations in handcrafted work and production batches may occur and are not considered defects.
All orders are subject to acceptance. We may decline or cancel orders due to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or operational constraints.
Full advance payment is required to confirm an order. Cash on Delivery is not available. Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
Seide operates on a made-to-order model. Lead times begin after payment confirmation:
Standard orders: up to 2 weeks
Custom orders: up to 3 weeks
Delivery times after dispatch depend on the courier and your location. During peak seasons (including Eid), lead times may extend. We will share updates through email or WhatsApp where possible.
All sales are final. Seide does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review product details carefully before placing an order.
Important (to reduce disputes):
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a clear manufacturing defect, contact us at care@wearseide.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and packaging details. We will review and, where appropriate, may offer repair or replacement at our discretion. This is not a return or exchange.
Custom orders are final sale. Once a custom order enters production, changes and cancellations may not be possible. Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and preferences.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-delivery costs may apply.
If you submit reviews, comments, or images, you confirm you have the right to share them and grant Seide permission to use them for marketing and communication. We may remove content at our discretion.
The Site may use third-party services (payment providers, couriers, analytics). We are not responsible for third-party policies or actions.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seide is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to Site use, delivery delays, or third-party service issues.
We may update these Terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
